Goodbye Farms

Majority of the Chinese Giant Salamanders left on this earth live on farms. They are treated cruelly and given no space to live the lives they deserve. From farms, salamanders are sent to restaurants and medicine companies (Science Direct, 2018). These companies have refused to stop selling and buying the salamander because of the profit they gain from the exchange, so the best way to put an end to it is protest and boycott. Protest is an effective way to educate people on what they are consuming, and the severity of it. Protesting also creates a negative reputation for the company, which is sometimes enough to put an end to the crisis, because these companies benefit solely off of profit from customers, and protests can drive customers away. Another way to get companies to stop selling the Chinese Giant Salamander in various products, is to boycott it completely. Encouraging people to not buy the meal at restaurants and from medicines containing the salamander will force companies to stop selling it. If companies stop buying the product from the farms that hold this innocent creature, the farms will shut down, and the salamander will not be hunted by humans anymore. The first steps are slow, but important.
