There is currently one non profit organization working to protect this animal, the Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund was granted a small amount of money to research this species of frog, and hopefully send them on their route to survival (Zayed, 2016) . In this plan it outlines the crucial part to the preservation of the Malagasy Rainbow Frog, education and awareness. The main goal of this project is to go to local authorities, and populations and help them to identify the frog within its habitat (Trip, 2021). The plan will thoroughly educate about the ecological, biological, and habitual processes that are creating this beautiful creature to be endangered. The main goal of this project is to have the local park rangers be able to monitor the population of the Malagasy Rainbow frog in this area and report the number of species left.
We can follow the route which the Mohamed Bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund has taken (Zayed, 2016). Raising money, no matter how small, will help protect this endangered species. We should work with the Madagascar Government and the Isalo National Park to stop the illegal trade of this precious animal (IUCN, 2016). You can donate by clicking on the link down below..
