SAVE THE RED PANDA
Threats To Survival
The number one threat to the Red Panda population is habitat destruction. Due to the constant improvement of infrastructure in China, Nepal, and Myanmar, the Red Panda’s habitat is constantly under threat by humans.
Another major threat to the red panda and its environment is livestock herding. This is because many farmers cut down trees in order to create fences or maintain sheds. There are also many cases of shepherd dogs hunting and killing these pandas.
