Environment Activists Protest

Protection In Place

A huge problem affecting the little red-legged frogs is the usage of pesticides which is destroying these poor frog's habitats. The courts injunction only addresses using pesticides that contain certain ingredients. The pesticides people have been using for far too many years are awful for the planet and is killing a lot of inncoent animals. The use of pesticides are only allowed within and around certain geographic areas designated by the US Fish and Wildlife Service

Protection Issues

The Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service have been neglecting the protection of the Red-Legged Frog by not completing the required habitat evaluations. Because of this more than 60 toxic pesticides are being used within and around their habitats.
