How Far Can I Live?

We live mostly in the Gulf of Mexico but can swim all the way up to Nova Scotia (National Geographic, 2021). A few of us have also been a few recorded as far as Morocco (NOAA, 2021).

What Kind Of Places Can I Live?

We live near the shore in places that have muddy or sandy bottoms, so we can hunt for our preferred food (NOAA, 2021). When we lay eggs, we go to sandy beaches (IUCN, 2021).
